The detached house is located in Morgarten in an elevated position with a fantastic view over the lake, right next to a wooded stream on the edge of meadows and pastures. Access is via a private road that ends in front of the house. There is 1 outdoor parking space available. The 3.5-room holiday flat offers plenty of space for a relaxing holiday on a living area of 83 m². The well-equipped open-plan kitchen has an oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The spacious dining area seats up to 8 people. It gets cosy when the fire burns in the large living room (33m2) in the evening and all guests have found their favourite spot. Free internet is available, as well as cable TV and a DVD player. There is a double bed (2x90x200) in the large bedroom and two single beds (space-saving bed) in the small bedroom. There is plenty of cupboard space in both rooms. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a comfortable queen-size bed (160x200) as an additional sleeping option. The living room leads directly onto the spacious seating area with electric sun blinds. Further seating areas offer various views of the lake and mountains. A barbecue and deckchairs are available. The bathroom has a floor-level shower and WC, and there is also a separate WC in the room next door. A washing machine and tumble dryer can be used in the cellar. Lake Aegeri is a true paradise for families with children, active holidaymakers, hikers and those seeking peace and quiet. Excellent hiking trails allow long walks through nature. The public bathing area is within walking distance of the church (7 minutes). There is a farm below the holiday flat where you can pick up fresh milk or eggs in the morning. It is also not far to the centre of Oberägeri or Unterägeri. There you will find a wide variety of restaurants, shops and personal services. The outdoor area of the new indoor swimming pool in Oberägeri is available free of charge.
