Description of the holiday rental

Bedrooms:
Two large bedrooms with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk (suitable for home office). A smaller bedroom with single and extra bed (for a 6th person), wardrobe and access to large bedroom. Bed linen is provided.

Living room:
Very large living room (44m2), bright and stylishly furnished with large dining table (for 8 people) and cozy seating area with club table and TV. Swisscom TV with 100+ channels and WLAN are available free of charge.

Kitchen:
The separate kitchen with convenient serving hatch to the dining area is fully equipped and has a 4-plate hob, oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine (capsules), toaster, raclette oven, fondue caquelon, etc.. Kitchen linen is provided.

Bathrooms:
Two modern bathrooms. One bathroom with bathtub, WC, 2 washbasins, large mirror cabinets, window. Another bathroom with shower, WC, 2 washbasins, large mirror cabinets. Towels are provided.

Main entrance area with wardrobe and chest of drawers for ski/hiking boots.

The apartment has a very large terrace with a dreamlike view and a protected seating area for 4-6 people.

The 4.5-room holiday apartment (110 m2) is located on the ground floor of the 3-party house "Alprüüsch" in the Walser settlement Cresta and is very quiet with a beautiful view in all directions. The large terrace and the natural surroundings with direct access from the apartment invite you to linger.
Inside, the apartment is ideally equipped for holidays and offers enough space for 5-6 people (3 separate bedrooms with 2 beds each).
The apartment is 5 minutes' walk from the valley station of the Obersaxen mountain railways. In the evening, you can ski down the home piste almost to the front door.
In summer, the wonderful hiking and mountain biking area of Obersaxen/Val Lumnezia as well as the Rufalipark with its bathing lake can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.
A private parking space is available in the opposite underground garage, including an e-charging station. Guest parking spaces can be found directly on the road. Dogs are welcome. Limited wheelchair accessibility, as 3 steps in front of the house need to be overcome.
