The bedroom contains a double bed and a 4-door wardrobe. Additional sleeping options are available in the living room with a fold-out bed for 2 people and a sofa bed for 1 person.

Kitchen:
The open kitchen leading into the living room is equipped with a dining table for 5-6 people. Kitchen amenities include a ceramic hob with 4 plates, including a coffee machine (Nespresso capsules). Oven, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment and a dishwasher. Kitchen towels are not provided.

Bathroom:
Simple bathroom with shower toilet.

The 2.5-room apartment (75m2) is located in a multi-family house with a total of 4 apartments. The house is situated in the Crestasiedlung near the chairlift and the Rufalipark.

The apartment is located on the ground floor with a small south-facing seating area. In the basement, there is a cellar where skis and ski boots can be stored.

There are shopping opportunities such as bakeries and grocery stores in Affeier and Meierhof. For sports enthusiasts, there are many attractive options in the region, such as golf, skiing, cross-country skiing, biking, hiking, and more. Various sports and leisure activities can be enjoyed in the surrounding area directly from the house. There are several attractive golf courses (Sagogn, Brigels, Sedrun). The Obersaxen Mundaun ski and hiking area is located with the first lift 400 m from the front door. In winter, you can ski directly to the house. From Surcuolm via Flond, there is also a beautiful and long sledging piste that stretches to Ilanz. In summer, various refreshing mountain lakes and the outdoor pool in Ilanz invite you to linger and cool off.

The apartment includes 2 underground parking spaces. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, and pets are allowed upon request.
