Spacious sleeping area with a double bed, bunk bed, and a single bed, travel cot. Large wardrobe, flatscreen TV. The gallery has two skylights: in summer they can be opened manually, in winter, when there is snow on the roof and windows, opening is not possible.
Bed linen is included in the price.

Living room:
An open living space with kitchen/dining area. The living room features a dining table with corner bench and three chairs, a large corner sofa, coffee table, flatscreen TV, DVD player, radio (DAB+), WiFi, balcony with table and chairs (east-facing, morning sun).

Kitchen:
Modern kitchen: ceramic hob, oven, fridge, hand blender, kettle, toaster, Delizio capsule (free) coffee machine, fondue and raclette set, cooking and frying pans, tableware and cutlery for 6 people.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has a bathtub, toilet, and washbasin. Towel linen is not available.

Gallery apartment No. 8 on the 2nd floor with 50 m2, located in a multi-family house with 9 apartments.

The house is just a few minutes from the Misanenga-Untermatt chairlift. In winter, you can ski right up to the house. From the balcony, you have a beautiful view of the Surselva mountain landscape. There is a ski room available in the basement.

The Misanenga valley station is a 7-minute walk away, right next to it is the Rufalipark, in winter with a large free ice rink. In summer, the lake with sunbathing area and parasols, kiosk, large fire pit with table, seating and parasols, two tennis courts, pit-pat facility with 18 tables, large playground, year-round indoor play paradise.
