Tastefully furnished and well-maintained 2.5-room apartment on the 1st floor of a traditional Engadine house. The apartment is in impeccable condition and well looked after by the owners.

A bright living room with a comfortable seating area and a TV corner. Spacious and modern kitchen with excellent infrastructure. Dining area with ample crockery, cutlery, and a Nespresso machine. Double bedroom with plenty of storage for clothes, laundry, etc., and a desk with a reading lamp. Bathroom with a bathtub. Storage room for skis and sports equipment in the basement of the house.

The apartment can also be booked for 2 adults with children upon request. Additional sleeping options include an extra bed, a travel cot, and a sofa bed, making it suitable for a family with two children or a family with one teenager.

Small garden with seating area and garden furniture. Private parking space next to the house. The bus stop is in the immediate vicinity. Various tourist infrastructures, such as cross-country ski trails, ski slopes, indoor pool, hiking, and biking trails, are also quickly accessible.
