This spacious holiday apartment spans two floors.
On the lower level, you will find an open kitchen equipped with a large dining table – the perfect spot for social evenings. This floor also features a stylish double bedroom, a modern bathroom with a spacious shower, a cozy TV room with a sofa bed, and a practical storage room. From the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, enjoy the stunning view towards Piz Julier and relax on the large, covered balcony.

An elegant staircase or the elevator leads you to the upper level, where a welcoming living room with a Swedish stove awaits you. Here, you will also find the second large balcony, offering a spectacular view of the Sella mountain range. Two tastefully furnished double bedrooms and an additional double bed on the gallery ensure restful nights. The bathroom on this floor is a true highlight: a large walk-in shower and a bathtub under the skylight, accessible via a small ladder. An additional WC on this floor completes the offering.

The Chesa Algrezcha also offers smaller apartments (Julier Nuova & Roseg Nuova), available for four to six people – ideal for families or groups.

There is also the option to book a SPA/sauna area additionally.
