Bedrooms:
Two bedrooms on the upper floor, in the smaller room, 1 double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and 1 sofa bed for 1 person (85 cm x 190 cm)
In the larger room, 1 double bed (160cm x 200 cm). Living area: 1 Schramm sofa bed (160 cm x 200 cm) for up to 2 people
All beds are made and the bed linen is included in the price. For the little ones, a Zewi blanket 90x200 is provided.

Living room:
A spacious living area with kitchen, long window bench and sofa invites you to relax. From the adjacent covered balcony with table and chairs you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view. The high-quality sofa from the quality brand Schramm is perfectly suitable for sleeping for 1-2 people. The equipment includes WLAN, a DAB radio (with Bluetooth), various reading materials and games.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is very well equipped and includes: Convection oven (2 baking trays), ceramic hob with 4 cooking zones, refrigerator with small freezer compartment, 3 pans, 2 frying pans, dishes and cooking utensils. Kitchen linen available and included in the price.

Bathroom:
In the bathroom (upper floor) you will find shower/WC/washbasin and a towel radiator. The towels are available and included in the price.

There is construction activity on the neighboring property. Construction noise is to be expected. The photos were updated in November 2025.

On foot, you can reach the Hotel Greina and the train station in 5 - 10 minutes. 

Your electric car can be refueled with solar power. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation. Not wheelchair accessible.

Bookings from 4 overnight stays and check-in/check-out during the week are possible in the off-season.
