This modern 3-room apartment is located in the Riederhoru residence, right next to the Riederalp-West cable car, and combines comfort with a quiet, sunny location in the heart of the Aletsch Arena. After arriving by gondola, you reach the building via a short path with stairs. The south-facing orientation ensures all-day sunshine as well as an unobstructed view of the impressive Valais mountain landscape. In winter, you can ski directly from the house to the Riederfurka chairlift and back on skis at the end of the day. The ski school, sports shops, and rentals are in the immediate vicinity. In summer, hiking trails start right at the front door leading into the Aletsch region, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. The golf course, playgrounds, tennis courts, and wellness services are also easily accessible. The residence, built to Minergie standards, is environmentally friendly, heated with geothermal energy, and combines sustainability with contemporary living comfort.
