When you're looking for something in the center of a ski-resort; don't look any further. Chalet Serenella lies in the exact center of the car-free ski-resort of the Riederalp. Ski-lifts, playpark for children (winter and summer), the golf course (summer) and a variety of restaurants are within walking distance. The Coop, sportshops, ski and bike rental, the tourist office and the cable car are just around the corner. The entrance of this middle apartment in Serenella is at the backside of the chalet. Under the outdoor stairs to the upper apartment, there is enough space to store ski's, snowboards and sleds. Upon entering the apartment, you will find a separate hallway for storing outdoor clothing. The living area is situated towards the southeast and is an open space, perfect for enjoying holiday time with family or friends. From the living area, there are two doors to the big L-form balcony. Furthermore, this apartment offers two very spacious bedrooms, with one bedroom with bunk bed and single bed, and the other with double bed and desk with view over the golf-course. Perfect for clients looking for Ski-in/Ski-out, short distance to the golf course or a home-office possibility in the mountains. The bathroom is newly renovated and has a shower, toilet and water basin.
