3.5 room apartment engadin style (75 square m) at the first floor of a house with 8 apartments, quiet, view at the mountains, direct access to the garden in front. Wooden furniture (pine), carpets. 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, wardrobe and chest of drawers, in one a writing-desk. a bathroom with toilet, bidet and bathtube, the other with toilet and shower. The living room has sofa and armchairs, cupboard, dining-table with at least 6 seats, access to WLAN, TV and DVD-player, Stereo and CDs. The kitchen is furnished with dishwasher, microwave, baking oven, fridge and coffee machine. Sunny balcony, garage, cellar with snowshoes and sledges. access to washing machine
