Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, combi steamer and fridge. Large bathroom with bathtub, separate shower cubicle, double sink and toilet. Additionally
2 separate WC’s with wash basin. Further showers, handicapped accessible shower / toilet,
washing machine and tumbler on the ground floor.
Surroundings Ideal for family, sports, ski touring and hiking holidays, courses and seminars, retreats,
holidays for the disabled, etc. Enough parking spaces, bus stop 100 m from the house. House away.
On foot in just 5 minutes at the winter sports facilities. In summer it is the ideal starting point
for the Grimmimutz play and adventure trail, Nordic walking and many hikes.
