The apartment is on the first floor of a three-storey house at the end of a dead-end street and has no through traffic.

The 68m2 flat has been tastefully furnished with great attention to detail. In the bubbling warm water of the Jacuzzi you can relax your muscles and recover from an active day on the mountain. Whether in winter or in summer, the Jacuzzi can be used all year round. The view of the only Swiss National Park makes you forget all your daily troubles and is well being for your eyes and soul! The almost 1000-year old Tarasp Castle, the symbol of the Lower Engadine, can also be seen in the distance. A fireplace and covered area with a large table complete the furniture on the terrace. The large dining table inside is the heart of the home. It can also be used for a short or long home office stay. The flat is equipped with ultra-broadband internet. The table also invites you to enjoy a good meal and a glass of wine. The open and well-equipped kitchen offers enough space to create fine dishes. In the sofa corner or in one of the wooden chairs you can relax with a good book from your skiing or hiking day. In the bedroom, a B&O TV system offers an additional entertainment option for a bad weather day or a cosy TV evening. The flat is not suitable for children.

The surrounding area invites you to take short or long walks in the unique natural and cultural landscape of the Lower Engadine, which start right outside the front door. Shopping can be done in the village centre in the bakeries and many local shops along the Stradun. The valley station of the funiculars can be reached on foot in 7 minutes.

If snow conditions are good, you can ski to your flat. The ski bus can be used free of charge in winter. The cross-country ski run is 2.1 km away, the Bogn Engiadina with its unique bathing and sauna landscape 950m.
