Description of the holiday rental

Our flat is peacefully situated at the edge of Scuol and it has a beautiful view to the Silvretta Mountains and to the valley of the Inn on the opposite side. It offers you an ideal possibility to relax and it is a perfect starting point for various activities. Moreover our flat is especially suited for elder people or young families with a pram as you can reach both the house and our flat at ground level. The post office, a supermarket, a bakery and the central bus stop are located at same height and can be reached on foot within 5 minutes. The newly furnished studio (approximately 50 square meters) includes an open plan kitchen in the room, a bathroom with a bathtub and a very big sunny terrace (approximately 20 square meters). It is ideal for 2 or 3 people. Equipment and sleeping facilities are available for a maximum of 4 people.
