Description of the holiday rental

The holiday flat in the chasa portanova is located on the edge of the picturesque village centre of Scuol-Sot, within walking distance of the wonderful village squares "Bügl Grond" and "Plaz", the old wooden bridge over the Inn and directly adjacent to the green zone. The Engadine Dolomites can be marvelled at from this unobstructed south-facing position. Just a few metres from the house is the "Porta" bus stop with direct connections to the ski area, the Bogn Engiadina baths and the railway station.
The flat in the chasa portanova offers enough space and privacy for 2 to 4 people. The flat has ultra-fast broadband Internet (LAN/WLAN) via fibre optics from miaEngiadina, TV, a spacious open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms with Swiss stone pine beds and wardrobes, furniture and lamps as well as selected artwork from the Fritschi manufactory. The flat has a south-facing balcony and a ski and bike room for sports equipment. For our holiday guests at chasa portanova we have our own charging station for your electric car.
