The Piz Ajüz holiday flat is located on the southern edge of the village of Sent on a small, quiet square with a village fountain in the immediate vicinity of the garden and studio of the famous artist Not Vital. The flat is located in a well-kept, old Engadine house with sgrafittos and was completely remodelled and renovated to a high standard in 2018.

From the large south-facing terrace (40m2) you can enjoy a marvellous view of the Engadine Dolomites. The flat also has an open car park for two small or one large car in front of the house.

The village centre with various shopping facilities and the free ski bus to the "Motta Naluns" ski area are just a few minutes' walk away.

The living room has a flat-screen TV, UE-Boom, free WLAN and comfortable seating for four people.

The bathroom is finished in elegant microcement with a spacious rain shower.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, dishwasher, a large fridge, oven, coffee machine with milk frother, raclette and fondue set (cheese and chinoise) and everything that self-caterers who like to cook need.

The flat also has two bedrooms with a double bed (1.80 metres) and two single beds, all made of Swiss stone pine.

Val d'Uina: The highlight of this varied side valley is the Quar gorge, through which a path leads to Austria (only for those with a head for heights). For horse lovers: day or half-day rides from the western ranch of San Jon (Scuol) or a leisurely carriage ride.Flurina or Schellenursli trails, visits to the locations of the Schellenursli film by Xavier Koller or the Heidi film by Markus Imboden, which was shot in Sent.For art lovers, the sculpture park by Not Vital, the Galleria Sperone, the Alberto Giacometti Museum, the events at the Grotta da Cultura or the Museum Sent are recommended in Sent. Location description: Sent lies on a sunny terrace high above the Inn. It is the ideal place for sports enthusiasts, but also for nature lovers who prefer a more cosy atmosphere. The picturesque village enchants with its beautiful Engadine houses, the many village fountains and the cosmopolitan, friendly population.
In addition to numerous outdoor activities (hiking, biking, horse riding, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, etc.), Sent also offers an exclusive art and cultural programme. Combined with wellness at the Bogn Engiadina thermal spa in Scuol, a varied and enjoyable holiday is guaranteed.
If you want, you can easily "forget" your car in Sent. The village has a well-stocked grocery store, two bakeries, a butcher's, a dairy, various restaurants and even a butia, where you can find gifts and souvenirs or even try your hand at painting ceramics. And if you miss the "town", Scuol is just a few minutes away by postbus.
I caught the "Sent virus" almost 20 years ago and I know that I never want to get rid of it!
