Charming, simple apartment (70 m2) with two bedrooms, two toilets, kitchen, "Arvenstube" and large entrance area with dining table.
In winter you can ski from the "Traumpiste" directly to front of the house.
Wonderful panoramic view from the living room and the kitchen window.
The apartment has no heating, but two wood-burning stoves (livingroom and kitchen) and various electric ovens, with which you can reach a pleasant, cosy temperature. The bathroom is heated.
The apartment has no WLAN, which decelerates all immediately, but a DVD player.
A double bedroom on the lower floor and a larger bedroom on the upper floor, where up to 4 people can sleep.
Washing machine and dishwasher available.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels available.
Hair dryer. Bialetti coffee machine. Raclette oven. Electric kettle.
