Description of the holiday rental
Very nice and comfortable apartment with direct access to the garden. Detached Engadine house. Adjacent to conservation area. All public facilities within easy walking distance. Completely renovated in 2011.
The house stands between Sils-Maria and Sils-Baselgia in the middle of the Silser plain, where the garden passes seamlessly and without fence. A paradise for children too.
On the northeast side of the house, the private driveway opens to a large parking and turning area. Here you enterto the house in a spacious, stone-built entrance, in which wet shoes and sports equipment are welcome. Via wardrobe with underfloor heating, an internal staircase leads to the living area. Here you will be welcomed with lots of wood and parquet floors, with free Internet Wi-Fi access, with a well equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, 2 coffee machines (also Nespresso), ceramic stove top, steam extractor), with a double extendable dining table for the whole extended family, charming furniture, a warming fireplace, ground-level access to the terrace and garden to the southwest, and comfortable armchairs with views through large windows on the Lunghin with the sun setting in the evening behind. Vacation!
A few steps higher the staggered floor with the bedrooms: fitted carpet as flooring as well as beds and fitted wardrobes in pine wood are waiting for you. Two bathrooms, one with bath and toilet, the other with shower and toilet, help to avoid waiting even when fully occupied.
Above the living room are two half-open galleries, a cozy retreat and also a place to sleep.
