Radio, TV and WLAN are available. The flat is heated with storage heaters. The nearest transport facilities, the Rischli and Husegg ski lifts are a three-minute walk away and the centre with its shops can be reached on foot in 20 minutes or in a few minutes with the Postbus on a regular timetable (bus stop in front of the house). In winter, from Christmas to the beginning of March, the free sports bus runs every 30 minutes on the Südelhöhe - Rothorn route, providing excellent access to all valley stations and the centre of Sörenberg. Parking spaces are available 15 metres above the house.
