The apartment is ideally suited for families who are not looking for the hotel experience but want to feel at home during their vacations. Also couples who want to take a break from everyday life or simply enjoy an exciting and intimate vacation will find what they are looking for here. From the moment you enter the apartment until your departure you will feel as if you were at home, a promise of the host family. If you have any questions about the facilities or other concerns, the host family will be happy to answer all your questions. Further links to various activities: - 7 minutes walk to the cross-country skiing track. - 5 minutes by bus to the Casino. - 10 minutes by bus to the train station. - 15 minutes walk to the swimming pool. - 15 minutes by bus to Silvaplana village for kitesurfing. - 10 minutes walk to the ice rink. - 10 minutes by bus to the bobsled run. - 30 minutes walk to the lake "laj da Staz" or 10 minutes by bike. Winter: In winter, various offers are exciting for you. You have the possibility to ski on two sides of the mountain, to go on long cross-country ski runs across the Engadine and, if you have the opportunity, to go down various sledges and bobsleigh runs with the children. Furthermore it is very fascinating to enjoy a coffee on the frozen lake, watch the polo or skate with the children on the ice rink. Summertime: If you like cycling, you are in the forest in 5 minutes. Easy or challenging roads are available. There is also a Vitaparcour right at the beginning of the forest. Various hiking trails are available for different levels. The athletics track is within 5 minutes walking distance. Further points to the house: - All windows are triple protected. - There is a common room for bikes and skis. - Large washroom on the first floor. - Two parking spaces, garage + space in front of the garage (including two remote controls). - Fully equipped kitchen with many household appliances for daily use. - Well equipped mini bar. - Toys for children. - Small library. - Large Full Hd television with access to Netflix etc. - Shower with Radio/aux and massage nozzles. Please note: this accommodation has a tourist tax for adults and teenagers from 12 years: 3.00 Chf per night and person. The amount must be paid in cash on site. We offer free Wifi during your stay!
