Lovingly furnished 2.5 room holiday apartment on the ground floor. Spacious entrance. Separate kitchen with dining table and partial lake view. Cozy living room. Covered balcony. Renovated bathroom with shower/WC, separate double bedroom. Elevator in the house, Limited number of outdoor parking spaces (for 1 car, not reserved). Fitness room for public use is located in the vacation apartment building.
