Description of the holiday rental
Modern 2.5-room apartment on 2 floors.
Bedroom:
The bedroom has a second double bed (180x200cm) and a bunk bed for children. The bedroom is located in the basement. A large double bed in the living room is also used as a sofa. Bed linen is available and included in the price.
Living room:
Large living area with sofa (double bed). Flat-screen TV and WLAN are available. Dining area and living kitchen in the same room.
Kitchen:
A fully equipped fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and Nespresso machine, raclette oven and fondue caquelon. Kitchen linen is available and included in the price.
Bathroom:
Separate bathroom with washbasin, shower and WC. Bathroom linen is available and included in the price.
Hallway:
Wardrobe cupboards in the entrance area.
Furnishings:
The floor and furniture give the studio its name. Doors, walls and ceilings are made of stone pine wood.
Other rooms:
A large, cozy bistro with fireplace where guests can meet. Wellness area with sauna and whirlpool bath. Large playroom, ski rooms and heated cloakrooms in the basement.
The Regan house is located in a beautiful panoramic location on the outskirts of the village. Ten modern apartments were renovated with a lot of wood and love. The "Obschtgarta" bistro invites you to cozy moments in front of the fire.
The beautiful wellness area with barrel sauna and whirlpool can be booked privately for a fee.
In the basement, a ski room with shoe heating and cloakrooms is available. For the little guests there is a large playroom, for the bigger ones a "Joggeli" box and a table tennis table. For parties or family groups, the former group house kitchen and the large cozy "Stuba" can be rented.
Distance to the valley station: 15 minutes on foot and 3 minutes by car. The cross-country ski trail, winter hiking trails and in summer hiking and bike trails lead directly past the house. It takes a maximum of 10 minutes by car to the Rufalipark in Misanenga with its sports and leisure facilities.
Parking space directly in front of the house. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation.
