2 bedrooms: A spacious bedroom with a large double bed with two separate mattresses (100x200cm).
Gallery room with a double bed (140x200cm) and a bunk bed (2 x 100x200cm) with a double wardrobe for storing clothes.
Bed linens are not provided and must be brought along. Duvet sizes: 160x210cm, pillow sizes: 65x100cm.

Living room:
Open living space, dining area with corner bench and 3 chairs and large table. 4-piece Alcantara corner seating group, coffee table, TV and radio available. (no Wi-Fi).

Kitchen:
The kitchen is separate from the living area and fully equipped. It features a ceramic hob, oven and a large fridge with freezer compartment. a Delizio coffee machine (capsules are not provided), as well as a raclette oven and a fondue caquelon.
Kitchen linens must be brought along.

Bathroom:
One bathroom. The bathroom features a bathtub, WC and double sink.
Towels must be brought along.

Final cleaning: The apartment must be thoroughly cleaned upon departure. The necessary cleaning supplies are available in the apartment.

The beautiful 3.5 room maisonette apartment (85m2) is in a 4-family house. The house is located in the village of Surcuolm right in the hiking and skiing area of Obersaxen Mundaun. The apartment offers everything you need for a holiday in beautiful Surselva.

The apartment has a mountain balcony as well as a covered valley balcony with a wonderful panoramic view of the Surselva mountain landscape. In the basement there is a ski room where bicycles can also be stored. A garage and the parking space in front of the garage are available.

Distance to the mountain railways 15 min walk, 5 minutes by car and post bus, 5 min by ski. The post bus stop is right at the house Ella Storta.
