Description of the holiday rental

Bedroom:
The cozy bedroom is equipped with a large double bed. The large wardrobe provides ample storage space.

Living/dining room:
The open living area features a cozy corner bench, a sofa that can be converted into a comfortable double bed if needed, as well as sufficient seating for relaxation. WLAN (250 MBit), Internet TV and Radio/DAB/CD are available.

Kitchen:
The kitchen, modernized in 2024 and open to the living room, is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired: stove with ceramic hob & oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, fondue and raclette set.

Bathroom:
The bathroom, renovated in 2024 with wood and natural stone, is equipped with a generous floor-to-ceiling rain shower and a large washbasin. A hair dryer is available. 

Miscellaneous:
The apartment has a large outdoor terrace of over 15m² with a beautiful view of the mountain panorama of Surselva. In the laundry room, washing machine and dryer can be used as needed. A garage parking space and a storage room for winter and summer sports equipment are available. 

The cozy 2-room apartment in the Sut las Caglias complex was completely modernized in 2024 and features underfloor heating. A garage parking space is included with the apartment. The ski slope is directly accessible on foot. In summer, the nearby lake at Rufalipark (about 1.5 km away) invites you to relax. A fitness room and tennis courts are also available for use.
