Open kitchen equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, fondue pot and raclette machine, toaster, electric kettle.The living room features a double sofa-bed (160x200) and access to the covered terrace with 1 table and 4 chairs. 1 bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and WC.
The residence is located on the site of the Val-d'Illiez thermal baths (currently closed). With its large west-facing bay window, the apartment is bright and airy. The view is unobstructed and the terrace overlooks a small pond. The villages of Val-d'Illiez and Troistorrents are just a few minutes' drive away, offering restaurants and shops. The “Fayot” stop on the regional AOMC train is a ten-minute walk from the residence, providing access to the Champéry gondola to the Portes du Soleil ski area.
