Description of the holiday rental

The flat is in a perfect location: directly on the Heidsee, on the cross-country ski trail, at the stop of the free sports bus (e.g. to the swimming pool, post bus station, ski lifts, Lenzerheide centre) and not far from the direct access to the Lenzerheide/Arosa ski area. The 'Seehof' with restaurant and sun terrace invites you to enjoy an aperitif, coffee or restaurant visit in the immediate vicinity. There is a reserved parking space in the underground car park.
The flat is on the third floor, is 68 square metres in size and was completely renovated three years ago in a modern Alpine style. There is now a large sunny balcony with a view of Lake Heidsee and the mountains (with table, chairs and deckchairs, awning), a steam/infrared shower, a modern kitchen with microwave and induction hob, IT infrastructure with internet and printer. There is a large double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) in the bedroom and a bunk bed and a single bed in the second bedroom.
Washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the same house, ski cellar and table tennis table in the neighbouring house.
