Bedrooms:
2 bedrooms: A spacious bedroom with a large double bed and floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of the valley. The second bedroom has two single beds and an optional baby cot. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe or chest of drawers. Bed linen is provided and included in the price.

Living room:
The spacious living room combined with the open kitchen and dining table is the heart of the apartment. The living room with TV, WLAN and TV with 7-day replay is included in the price. For children, various games and children's books are available, as well as a baby chair.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and has an induction hob with oven, a large refrigerator with integrated freezer compartment and a dishwasher. A Nespresso coffee machine (capsules provided), a raclette oven and a fondue caquelon are all available. Kitchen linen, coffee capsules, dishwasher tabs, spices are provided and included in the price.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has a bathtub and a WC/washbasin. Hairdryer and terrycloth towels are provided and included in the price.

The multi-family building, built in 2013, is located on the south side, at the entrance to the village. The modern apartment is on the 1st floor. From the balcony, you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The village centre with food store/post office, restaurants, bank and post bus stop, as well as the valley station of the Obersaxen Mundaun Lumnezia mountain railways, can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

A garage parking space is available. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
