Double bed with small desk with chair and wardrobe. Bed linen available and not included in the price.

Living room:
In the open living area there is a cozy dining area with table, corner bench and two chairs, a two-seater sofa with matching armchair, a coffee table and a wood-burning stove (wood for the first firing included). Large flat-screen TV (cable) and DVD player. Large south-facing balcony (sun all day) with table, chairs and sun loungers.

Kitchen:
The slightly separate kitchen is fully equipped and has a cooker, oven, refrigerator, a Delizio coffee machine (please bring your own capsules), a kettle, a raclette oven and a fondue caquelon, kitchen linen available and included in the price.

Bathroom:
with bathtub, WC/washbasin. Please bring your own towels.

Other rooms:
In the basement there is a heated ski room for shared use.

The 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-family house with five apartments. The Sur Mulins development is located on the upper edge of the village of Vella, above the valley station of the mountain railways and directly on the ski slope. 

From the large south-facing balcony you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the mountain world of Val Lumnezia and the village. Shopping facilities, valley station, post bus stop, post office, bank and restaurants are all within walking distance. 

Covered parking space (No. 5) included in the price. There is no possibility to charge an electric car at the holiday apartment. There are various charging stations in Vella. 

Pets not allowed, non-smoking apartment.
