Description of the holiday rental
Général:
This ground floor of a typical chalet is situated in the quiet region of Patier. It can accomodate 2 to 4 person. It has one double room, a living room with 2 pull out beds, a dining area and a kitchen. There is a very nice terrace and 2 outdoor parc places in front of the chalet at your disposal. CARO YANN REZ
Additional extra costs:
Bath towels: A set of bath towels per person is included in the price. Any additional laundry will be charged.
Bed sheets: A set of linen per bed is included in the price. Any additional laundry will be charged.
Final cleaning: A normal cleaning is included in the rental price. A surcharge will be charged in case of abuse.
Administration fee: Included in the price.
Kitchen towels: A set of kitchen towels is included in the price.
Parking: 2 outside parking spaces are included in the rental price.
Tourist tax: CHF 4.- per adult and CHF 2.- per kid per night will be asked at arrival.
Notice:
Caution: 10% of the rental amount will be required upon arrival and will be returned 3 weeks after departure.
Pets: Are not tolerated without special authorization and with a surcharge of CHF 100.-.
