The holiday apartment is also the perfect base to relax year-round and enjoy a vacation in Lugano anytime. It offers a cosy terrace with alfresco dining and air-conditioning and central heating with indoor dining. The ambient, remote-controlled lighting of the living room, combined with a large L-shaped sofa with a flat-screen SAT-TV in front, creates a chic space to relax on holiday. The rental has a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and induction hob, among other utilities to round up a wholesome vacation. There is also a dining set up for 4 to indulge in lunches or evening meals.

The holiday apartment enjoys an excellent location from where the best of Lugano can be reached without depending on cars at all. The ferry terminal, Lugano train station (the train goes through Paradiso, Melide and other important towns on Lake Lugano), as well as the funicular to Monte Bre, are all 10-15 minutes walk from here. For a carefree self-catered stay, the neighbourhood has plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and a supermarket, and all these amenities are just a stone’s throw from the holiday apartment.

The Lugano centre, with Parco Ciani, the iconic Piazza della Riforma, Trenino Turistico, Lugano casino and a wide range of discos to enjoy is just a 15-minute walk from the holiday apartment. However, for those who want to unwind away from the crowds, then Lido San Domenico and the Olive Grove trail for lakeside hiking are an 8-minutes drive from here! The nearest international airport is Milan Malpensa, approximately a 70-minute drive from this vacation apartment in Lugano.
