Description of the holiday rental
The cosy and well-kept 2-room holiday flat offers space for 2-4 people and welcomes couples, families, senior citizens and dog owners. Here you can enjoy travelling, relaxation and a variety of experiences - from breakfast in the morning sun to sunset with a magnificent panoramic view over the lake.
The approx. 45 m2 holiday flat combines Mediterranean flair with modern comfort. In the bright and spacious living room, a comfortable sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) invites you to linger - in the evening it can be transformed into a cosy bed for two in no time at all.
The separate bedroom has two beds and ample storage space for your wardrobe.
The kitchen is fully equipped: there is a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee machine, an oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and a 2-ring ceramic hob. So you can make yourself an aromatic coffee in the morning, which you can enjoy on the second, small entrance balcony in the morning sun and spoil your loved ones with a home-cooked Ticino meal in the evening.
The daylight bathroom has a shower, a towel warmer and plenty of storage space, so you don't have to compromise on comfort here either.
A highlight is the spacious balcony (16m2) with a marvellous view of the lake. Here you can let your gaze wander over the glistening Lake Maggiore and the surrounding mountains, enjoy the warmth of Ticino during the day and the wonderful peace and quiet - thanks to the flat's location on the top floor and the secluded terrace, you have plenty of privacy. In the evening, round off the day with a glass of Merlot while the setting sun bathes the lake in golden and red colours.
Naturally, you can use free WLAN throughout the flat.
The flat is part of a well-kept holiday complex that offers you numerous amenities for leisure and relaxation. During your stay, you can make use of the spacious, very well-kept and peaceful gardens with a large pool, the sunbathing lawn, the children's playground, the garden chess table, the table tennis table, the rustico with changing rooms and WC, the pergola by the pool (incl. barbecue facilities) and the fitness room.
If you are travelling by car, the garage belonging to the flat is at your disposal. The Scesana bus stop is just a few metres from the complex.
