The pretty little house is situated in the idyllic and particularly child-friendly Wirzweli in a very quiet location close to the cable car/lifts (almost "ski in and out"), playground, toboggan run, bowling alley, pony rides, etc.

The cosily furnished flat on the ground floor is rented out to a simple standard. Living room with sofa bed, extendable dining table and open-plan new kitchen. Bedroom with 2 beds and large wardrobe. Bathroom/WC with bathtub. Total living space approx. 32m2. Refurbished and renovated in 2021 and 2023.

Room height not standard, for very tall people (approx. over 185cm) certain restrictions in some areas of the flat.

Cleaning lady/contact person on site, who can be contacted for special requests if necessary.

Plenty of space around the house for cosy relaxation, barbecues or for the children to play. The upper terrace by the house can also be used if the upper flat is not occupied by the owner/landlord.

Plenty of parking spaces in front of the house.
