Large non-smoking apartment (145m²/ 1560 ft²). Generous, modern, cosy, with beautiful interior. Generous open plan lounge with living, dining and kitchen area and fire place. TV, DVD-Player, free Internet access and WLAN. Open kitchen with comfortable features. 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. All bedrooms with generous wall cabinets. Bathroom with a bath tub, shower, double basin and a toilet. Separate shower with guest toilet.
Kitchen, bathroom and bed linen will be provided.
Large south balcony with table and chairs. Clear view of the Matterhorn and the village.
A 15-minute walk from the railway station, in a sunny and quiet location with an unobstructed view of Zermatt and the Matterhorn, lies our apartment block built in 2010 (plan square C7). The village centre with its countless shopping facilities and the old village centre, which is well worth seeing, is just a few minutes away. The Gornergratbahn cable car, the Sunneggabahn valley station and the bus stop are also within easy walking distance, both of which are served by a lift located around 150 metres above our house. In winter you can ski from the Sunnegga-Rothorn ski area almost to the front door and in summer you can start your hikes directly from the house.
