In the centre of Zermatt, in a central position. In the house: central heating system. Grocery, supermarket 350 m, restaurant, bar 80 m, bakery 110 m, bus stop "Kirchbrücke" 250 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 500 m. Mountain railway, gondola lift 500 m, ski rental 90 m, ski bus stop 230 m, ski school, children's ski school 200 m, ice rink 400 m.
