Description of the holiday rental
The 2.5-room flat ‘Matterhorn’ is located on the 3rd floor of a house built in 2020 and offers a spectacular view over the whole of Zermatt and the Matterhorn. The spacious balcony, which is accessible from both the bedroom and the living area, extends in three directions and invites you to linger.
The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area (ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, fondue and raclette set) is equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. For bookings of three people, a comfortable folding bed (90x200 cm) is provided in the living room. The bedroom, with its originally designed double bed (180x200 cm), also has a desk and plenty of additional storage space.
The modern bathroom impresses with a spacious shower and high-quality fittings that ensure a relaxing stay.
The Sunnublüäma house in Zermatt offers cosy holiday flats in a quiet, idyllic location above the village, right next to the downhill piste and close to the Mürini viewing platform. The breathtaking view over the entire village and of the majestic Matterhorn immediately casts a spell over every visitor. Each flat has a spacious balcony that invites to linger and relax.
The house is characterised by its traditional alpine style and offers all the amenities necessary for a pleasant stay. The tastefully furnished flats create an inviting atmosphere and convey a cosy feeling of home. On the ground floor there is a ski cellar with ski boot heating, ideal for winter sports enthusiasts.
The Sunnublüäma combines comfort, closeness to nature and a unique view of Zermatt and the surrounding mountains. The village centre is about a 15-minute walk away. Electric taxis can easily drive right up to the house, and skiing and hiking enthusiasts benefit from the immediate proximity to the Sunnegga-Rothorn ski area.
