Description of the holiday rental
Interior
The 3 1/2 - room flat is 80 m2 in size, bright and cosily furnished. It is located on the ground floor with a view
the beautiful mountain scenery. The flat has a large living room, a separate dining kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate WC.
The flat is ideal for 4 people. However, it can also be occupied by just 2 people. For families with more
than two children, a baby cot or a mattress can be provided.
The equipment of the individual rooms:
Kitchen: 4 ceramic hobs, extractor bonnet, oven, dining table for 5 people, coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment,
dishwasher, toaster, fondue cooker, sufficient crockery and kitchen towels.
Living room: 3-seater and 1-seater leather sofa, writing desk, chest as TV stand, Swisscom Blue TV, floor and ceiling lamp,
small cupboard for towels, coffee table and free WLAN.
Bedroom 1: Double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m, double wardrobe with shelf and drawer, desk and chair, two bedside tables with lamp. Baby cot or mattress can be provided on request.

Storeroom: The boiler room can be used as a storeroom and drying room.
House and outside area :
You live in a two-family house on the upper edge of the village centre. In the cosy garden you can enjoy the view of the
Engadine mountains. Everything you need is available. Garden table and chairs for up to 5 people, 4 deckchairs, bistro table,
wood/charcoal barbecue.
The flat has two uncovered parking spaces and direct access to the Survih ski lift.
Surroundings:
Zuoz, the typical Engadine village with a romantic character, is considered one of the most beautiful in the Upper Engadine. Most of the streets are paved and the village centre is characterised by old Engadine buildings, impressive patrician houses and artistic sgraffito decorations.
Zuoz can be visited in both summer and winter and offers many cultural and culinary attractions. Of course, there are also numerous opportunities to discover and enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings. Everything is on the doorstep.

Child friendliness: A baby cot is available free of charge on request. The children's playground can be reached on foot in about 3 minutes.

The four flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadin are also popular with sports enthusiasts. The two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz are a particularly impressive way to experience the expanse of the inspiring high valley. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes shine with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl. Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or sledge down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.

A special highlight of Zuoz is a visit to Badilatti, the highest coffee roastery in Europe. In winter, the Engadin Skimarathon cross-country ski trails are right outside the village and the family-friendly ski area offers skiing fun for all levels of ability.
