The house called Villa Marguerita was built in 1910 and is located within walking distance of the centre of Zuoz and in the immediate vicinity of the railway station. The house was extensively renovated between 2008 and 2010. The flat is on the 3rd floor and is bright and modernly furnished.

The flat has an entrance area with cloakroom, 2 bedrooms, a living room with direct access to the dining room, as well as a bathroom with WC and a separate WC. A modern kitchen with a high table and a direct view of the Lower Engadine. The floors are made of stone or solid larch parquet. Television and internet connection are available. The dining room and living room have a marvellous view of the Upper Engadine and the inner courtyard, which can be used at any time. Every room has an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains.
The flat rent also includes use of the ski room and, by prior arrangement, the barbecue in the inner courtyard and the sauna.
