Davos, Lenzerheide, Bergün and Savognin can each be reached in 20-30 minutes. Good public transport connections.

The penthouse flat is on the top floor of a two-family house built in 1984 and comprises:

Location: Only a few steps to the grocery shop and the post bus stop. On the north side of the house there is a village road with little traffic (residents). On the south side, the house is set back from the main road and elevated. The moderate daytime traffic can be heard well from the south-facing balcony. It is quiet in the evening and at night.
