Bathroom linen is to be brought by the tenant. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with cloakroom, laundry room, cellar, and garage Upon request, the platform staircase lift for wheelchairs, cot, high chair, baby items, 1 or 2 additional beds (folding bed) can be used. Please inform at the time of booking. Upon request, breakfast or half-board can be booked in the hotel located on the other side of the street (www.hotelvincenz.ch). Registration and payment are handled directly by Hotel Vincenz. The wheelchair-accessible 4 1/2 room holiday apartment with a living area of over 120 m2 was completed at the end of 2009. The house is situated on flat terrain (slight slope in front of the house) directly on a meadow, where in winter there is a cross-country ski track and the path to the valley station of the mountain railways.
