Our **** 2 ½ room apartment for non-smokers is centrally located and offers you a beautiful panoramic view. When you come back from an excursion, you can reach the house entrance in just a few meters from the bus stop. If you are traveling by car, park in the underground car park, where you have a private space available. The elevator takes you to the top floor. Maybe you can still enjoy some sunshine on the southwest balcony? There is a comfortable sofa in the living room. WiFi, Bluewin TV, DAB radio are at your disposal. The bedroom is equipped with a high-quality box spring bed (divisible), 180x200cm, box and chest of drawers. The kitchen is fully furnished. I would be happy to send you an inventory list upon request. Of course, the capsules for the Delizio coffee machine are included (lungo and espresso). Terry towels, liquid soap and towels, toilet paper and a hairdryer can be found in the bathroom. Washing machine and tumble dryer are in the house (basement). Ironing board and iron are available in the apartment. Your sports equipment is safely stored in the ski room (basement) with a lockable compartment. Within short distances you can reach the walking and hiking trails, shopping opportunities, the cross-country skiing center, indoor swimming pool, congress center, ice skating and sports center, and DDO tourist office.
