A small bedroom with two single beds. Bed linen is to be provided by the tenant.

The living room has a tiled stove, a dining table and four chairs, an extendable double bed as well as TV and WLAN.
Kitchen:
Well-equipped kitchen. Towels are to be provided by the tenant.
Bathroom:
Bathroom with shower and WC. There is an additional WC outside the apartment.
A washing machine is located in the basement.
The chalet is located in Flond with a beautiful view. In winter, skiing is possible right down to the house if snow conditions are good. Skis can be stored in front of the house and ski boots can be dried in the heating room. In summer, a sun lounger as well as a garden table and chairs are available on request in front of the house.
The chalet is approx. 200 m from the postal stop. The valley station of the mountain railway in Valata is 2.5 km away. It's 5.5 km to Obersaxen-Meierhof, to the Rufalipark in Obersaxen-Misanenga and to Ilanz - the first town on the Rhine.
Parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. Pets allowed on request.
