The apartment is located in the middle of Ftan, a few minutes walk from the bus stop Ftan Cumün, from the chairlift Ftan-Prui and not far from the village square. The cross-country skiing trail, the Kinderland and all shopping facilities are easily reachable on foot in a few minutes.
The cozy first floor apartment has an open living room with kitchen, where your favorite dishes can be conjured up. These can be taken afterwards at a beautiful wooden table. The bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed. Furthermore, the apartment has a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the terrace of the apartment you can comfortably end the day with a fine glass of wine.

Ftan is situated on a sunny plateau, away from the hustle and bustle. On the opposite side of the valley, the Lower Engadine Dolomites rise dominantly behind Tarasp Castle, embedding the village in the picture-book alpine landscape. The 400-year-old Alpine Mill Ftan tells of the once rich grain culture. The chairlift Ftan-Prui takes you quickly and reliably up the mountain in summer and directly to the snow sports area Motta Naluns in winter. The children's area directly in the village with a magic carpet makes it easier for beginners to get started in skiing. Pure snow fun for young and old is also provided by the toboggan run between Prui and Ftan.
