In winter, the house is heated by a heat pump, which means you can enjoy cosy and varied moments even in the cold season.

The holiday home has 2 parking spaces and is located in the well-developed village of Immensee - right at the foot of the Rigi. The mountain was the first in Europe to be opened up by railway in 1871 and is ideal for a variety of hikes and excursions. In the village centre of Immensee (approx. 500 metres on foot) there is a village shop, 2 restaurants and the boat station. In less than 10 minutes (by car or bus) you can reach Küssnacht with its wide range of shopping facilities, and in less than 20 minutes (by car or public transport) you can be at the Lucerne Museum of Transport, the famous Lucerne Chapel Bridge or the picturesque town of Zug. In winter, you can reach the Stoos, Rigi or Sattel/Hochstuckli ski resorts within 30 minutes by car.

Important information: Key handover is only possible between 16:00 and 18:00, as the landlord does not live on site.
