The village bus stop is only 150 metres away. With your guest card, the bus takes you free of charge to the railway station, the Selfranga ski lift and the Gotschna and Madrisa cable cars. The cross-country ski trail towards Monbiel / Alp Garfiun passes not far from the house. The sports centre with the ice rink, the indoor and outdoor tennis facilities and the swimming pool on the lake are 500m away between the house and the village centre. The Klosters-Selfranga Golf Club is 1.2 km away. The nearest shopping centre is only 200 m
away.
Interesting for summer guests: the swimming pool by the lake with its large sunbathing and play area is heated!

The flat was completely renovated in 2016. On the ground floor is the living/dining room with fireplace (heating cassette), the kitchen and a WC. The living room leads to the garden seating area. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms, the balcony, the bathroom with WC and a separate shower.
