Location and general information:
The Chesa Truoch is situated in a central, sunny location in the district of La Punt Chamues-ch. It has a wonderful, unobstructed view in the direction of Madulain and the Inn plain. The Krone bus stop, the supermarket and all other shopping facilities are right next to Chesa Truoch, making the studio ideal for guests travelling by public transport. The railway station is just a few minutes' walk away. Access to the Engadin Skimarathon cross-country ski trail starts opposite Chesa Truoch. There is a communal laundry room in the house. An outside car park is available at the house. There is no lift in the Chesa Truoch. Pets are allowed in the Chesa Truoch on request. Smoking is not permitted in the flat.

The cosy, bright flat on the ground floor of the Chesa Truoch is accessible via a separate entrance. The studio consists of a large living room/bedroom, an open-plan kitchenette and a separate bathroom. Behind the house, a large, tree-lined garden with barbecue area and deckchairs is available to all residents.

In the living room, which is also used for sleeping, there is a double bed with two single mattresses, a cosy sofa set and a dining table for 4 people. The floor consists of beautiful old wooden floorboards. The modern kitchen contains a fridge with freezer compartment, a ceramic hob with steam extractor, an oven, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. TV and WLAN are available for free use.
