One spacious bedroom with double bed and huge window. Nicely and cosily furnished.

One bedroom with a 1.40 bed. Big enough for 2 children or newly in love.

One bedroom with a single bed.

A huge, beautifully renovated bedroom on the top floor with its own bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and great lounge corner with a marvellous view.

All bedrooms are bright and beautifully furnished.

Bathroom:

Beautifully renovated bathroom with shower and WC, as well as a separate WC.

Living room:

Large, open-plan living room with dining area. In the living room there is a dining table for 8 people, a cosy, large sofa with coffee table and flatscreen TV (with Blue Ray and DVD player), as well as WLAN hotspot. Enjoy breathtaking views from the large south-facing balcony or soak up the sun on the deckchairs on the west-facing balcony.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully equipped and very modern. It includes an induction hob, oven, large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and Nespresso capsule coffee machine.

Interior design:

The flat has been completely renovated. Great importance was attached to beautiful and contemporary materials and large windows. In this flat you will find modern alpine chalet chic with great attention to detail.

Additional equipment:

In addition, the flat offers a large Blu-Ray and DVD collection, as well as a collection of community games.

Final cleaning:

The price of the final cleaning includes bed linen sets and 2 bath towels per person. The beds are already made upon arrival.

Cosy and quiet one bed room apartment in Flims Waldhaus. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub. The bright and modern kitchen is open to the living and dining area and offers all comforts. From the covered seating area you enjoy a wonderful view of the Crap Sogn Gion and is the perfect ending to an eventful day in the mountains.

Pets and smoking are not allowed in this wonderful apartment. WLAN and digital TV are free of charge. A washing machine is available on demand and an indoor parking spot is reserved for you. Fresh linen are put on the beds before your arrival, fresh towels in the bathrooms and kitchen are ready for you to use. A final house cleaning is included in the total price.

Location and surroundings

The flat is located in Laax (Salums) right on the edge of the forest with a marvellous view of an idyllic mountain panorama. It is located in a chalet with two flats, which was completely remodelled two years ago. The Laax valley station is 30 minutes away by bus. Shops, bars and restaurants are a five-minute walk from the flat.
