A covered car park is available for this apartment. The view is dominated by the Wildstrubel. The location is quiet, sunny and central. Bus stop, mountain railways etc. are all in the immediate neighborhood. The gentle renovation in 2018 brings modern comfort to the traditional, beautiful building substance. The kitchen was fitted with new electrical appliances and a central pellet heating system was installed for the entire building.
