Our 1.5 room flat is just a few minutes' walk from Piazza Grande in Locarno, Madonna del Sasso, the lake and the railway station. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood on the 4th floor of the Fiori development right next to the Funicolare station. The view of the lake and the mountains is breathtaking and invites you to enjoy it. The carefully designed flat allows you to spend a relaxing and enjoyable time. The kitchen is as good as new, practical and fully equipped and is perfect for conjuring up delicious meals. The renovated bathroom with bathtub (incl. shower) has a friendly design and offers plenty of storage space for your toiletries. In the living room with dining table and new, comfortable reclining chair (electrically adjustable) made of leather, there is a practical Bico pull-out bed with 2 comfortable mattresses. Built-in cupboards offer plenty of space for storing clothes and suitcases. Own WLAN, DAB / Internet radio, flat screen on the wall prove to be pleasant. The sheltered balcony with lounge for comfortable sitting and lounging emphasises the southern flair of the flat. At the table on the balcony you can enjoy the marvellous surroundings with food and drink and plan activities. You will also find a box with tips for excursions. The flat is very popular with couples, singles, senior citizens and younger guests. The well-kept complex with its colourful shrubs and palm trees comprises four houses, which are equipped with free facilities such as an indoor swimming pool, communal room, small fitness room with table tennis and a garden with sunbathing lawn and fountain. All facilities as well as the underground car park can be reached from the flat by lift. The underground car park belongs to the flat and is free of charge.
