It is located at the beginning of the well-known idyllic footpath along the lakeshore to Gandria, a picturesque and historic border village to Italy (3km; 30min walk), past the beautiful and well-kept lido "San Domenico" (10min walk) and some romantic restaurants directly on the lakeshore, which are ideal for a nice dinner for two.

The centre of Lugano is approx. 3 km away, the bus stop (400 m, bus every 10 minutes); furthermore, the landing stage for the scheduled boats is only 100 m away, ideal for round trips on Lake Lugano, on which you can visit countless picturesque villages (such as Morcote, Melide, Caprino, Bissone, Porlezza/Italy, etc) and also get to the casino in Campione d'Italia.
