Cosy detached house in a quiet and panoramic location at the edge of the village of Madulain with several garden seats and 2 terraces, 2 garages and outside parking spaces.
Location and general information: This cosy detached house is situated in a very beautiful location in Ma¬dulain with a free view. The house is very quiet and sunny. The road leading to the house ends two houses further on and is a hiking trail in summer and a sledding slope in winter. Two single garages and three outside parking places belong to the house. There is no lift in the house. Pets are welcome at the Chesa Vallatscha. Smoking is not allowed in the house.
Room layout: Chesa Vallatscha has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate kitchen, a large living/dining room with fireplace and chimney oven as well as a TV room on the upper floor. There is also an open gallery with two mattresses. On the ground floor there is a one-room apartment with its own bathroom, kitchen and living/sleeping room for a further 4 people, which can be rented in addition to the upper floor if required. Of course there is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer in the house. From the living room there is access to an extraordinarily large sun terrace, which invites you to linger. From the kitchen a second terrace leads to the large garden seating area behind the house, which is equipped with a garden fireplace and a wooden table with wooden benches. In front of the apartment on the ground floor there is another seating area with a wooden table and benches.
Equipment: All living rooms and bedrooms are covered with carpet, the kitchens and bathrooms with ceramic tiles or natural stone. The master bedroom, which is equipped with a large double bed and its own TV set, has its own bathroom with shower and bathtub. The children's room with two single beds and the sleeping gallery share a second bathroom with bath tub. The TV set is in a separate room with sofa and armchair. The wooden table in the dining room is extendable, so it is big enough when the whole house is occupied. The kitchen in the main apartment is spacious and equipped with enough dishes and appliances for the full occupancy of the house. There is a glass-ceramic hob with extractor fan, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer with three drawers and a dishwasher. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine.
The granny flat on the ground floor consists of a large living/bedroom with 4 bunk beds, which are firmly mounted on the wall, a seating area and a dining table as well as a TV set. There is a small kitchen with refrigerator and 2-zone cooker as well as a third bathroom with bathtub. All television sets are operated by Swiss-com-TV. W-Lan is available free of charge.
