Great sunny view towards Vals Valley, Val Lumnezia etc. Complementary shuttle bus to the Weisse Arena skiing resort (Laax Bergbahnen). Ski run all the way down from Crap Masegn to the village. Reserved parking space in midtown parking garage available (5 min walk), un/loading and short term parking in front of the house possible. There is a small grocery store in Ruschein. The house had been completely remodeled in 2013. Entrance area with large cloakroom, laundry and since 2024 a Bio-SAUNA.
